Wizard helmet slowtime essence “Mask of many” which says that it casts your charge skills instantly at full charge does not work. It doesn’t charge instantly meteor skill with pants “binding forces” essence.
Please fix this.

Asking the simple question, are you aware of the wait nurfs? I don’t use wizard, so I can’t comment if/how essences were modified.
The wizard imploded with the wizard changes, so I assume you are aware.
Of course i’m aware, that meteor essence was changed to a charge skill after this nerf update. But blizzard forgot to mark it as a “charge” skill and the essence that instantly charges skills at full charge is not working.
