I bought 15000 orbs to use whit winds of fortune dubbeldropp offer after using more then 30 legendary crest the result was LESS then normal .I contacted my bank and paypal and reported the scam , got no help from support , they said i used the orbs (to get less then normal dropps) so i was to blame hahahahaha, whats happening whit Blizzard?

You should have looked into the Winds of Fortune event’s information:
You get more XP, gold, materials, normal gems (still capped, but you get them faster) etc. But NOT legendary gems.
This is not a bug.
BTW, what do you mean by “less than normal”? 30 eternal/legendary crests will give 30 legendary gems, did you get less than that?
Yes i got 8 leg gems for 10 leg crest
Then, that would definitely be a bug, that could be related (or not) to the Winds of Fortune event.
For the devs to investigate, you’d need to provide as much data as possible:
Date/time when the issue happened.
Region/Server/UID (the UID can be seen at the bottom of the Menu - Settings - General window).
If possible, screenshots of your “Crest History”, this would be crucial, to show that some legendary crests didn’t give the corresponding gem. To see the crest history, you click on the icon shown in the image:
