While in Werebear form and using Bound skill, it should leap to your current target but will randomly jump you to a location with no enemies. Even if manually dragging and targeting it still will not jump to the location selected. Notice in raids most of the time but happens in multiple game modes.

Yes, this has been an ongoing nuisance for me as well as others I’ve spoken to. For instance, you can be facing an enemy in front of you (back turned toward the screen/player) and use this skill and he will do almost a complete 180° turn and jump maybe 1 yard. Highly annoying, especially in pvp when every move you make is vital.
