This is well reported… i have seen at least 6 similar threads. If its disciplinary, related to breaking Terms of Service, Blizzard will not respond.
If its related to mass reporting, Blizzard wont respond. This is a topic that many people are currently interested… unfortunately we may never learn the truth.
I know many South American Content Creators are aware of this.
