I have been unable to log into the shop since 9/27. I have completely logged out of the game and back in more than several time, I have cleared the cache and checked all settings but still cannot log into the shop tab to access it. When I click on the tab, I get the “Loading” screen, but it goes no further. Please advise… It has been 5 days now and I still cannot log into the shop to retrieve my Prodigy’s Path rewards, Daily Items, or anything else. I was told to post this issue here by the game masters so that a Dev could help with it, but so far no help and no answers. Please help.
I also am unable to log into the shop to make purchases or claim daily rewards. I get the error code 0 on my Android tablet. I’ve also tried doing everything I could to try and clear the code by cleaning the cashe, updating webview, changing servers, logging out restarting app, and reinstalling DI. I spent hours trying to resolve this issue without any success not sure what to do now but come here I hope the finding a solution.
