I bought 3 packages from the online shop on battle.net: the Loyalist’s Kit for €5.99, the Loyalist’s Pack for €9.39, and the Loyalist’s Gear for €18.90. All three packs contain orbs, legendary crests, normal gems, and other items; none of them are class-bound. I haven’t claimed the rewards on any character yet — the option to claim is only available on an alt, not on my main character. I spent about €35 to boost my main character, so it’s natural that I want to claim the purchased items on my main and not on some other character.

Probably they have a bug with it, I bought it 2 times and couldn’t claim it then they canceled it and told me to buy it again, so I did, then they said I can’t claim it because it was refunded and sent me processed a 3rd time refund… I just couldn’t claim it and here is the result…
These “Loyalist’s” bundles are only claimable once per character. If you buy it, claim it with one of your characters, it’s no use buying it again, unless you want it for a different character in the same account. Just saying…

Hello, I am experiencing the exact same issue reported by other players regarding the Loyalist Pack.
I purchased each Loyalist bundle only once, and I have not claimed it on any character.
However, the bundle can be claimed only by my secondary character, while on my main character, the Claim button is disabled, even though the purchase appears on both characters with the same timestamp.
To make it clear, I am attaching two screenshots of the same purchase, taken from:
- My main character → Claim button greyed out
- My secondary character → Claim button active

These two screenshots show the identical bundle with the exact same date and time, proving that:
• I have not claimed it on any character
• The pack is being automatically assigned to the wrong character
• The main character cannot claim it at all
• The behavior matches the reports you are already investigating
It appears to be the same issue described in this thread and acknowledged by Blizzard staff.
