I’m trying to do a helliquary raid on inferno 6 difficulty. I’m playing normally. I meet the CR requirements. However, it is not letting me summon spectral allies for the raid.
i notice you need to click the option a few times
Created a Raid for the final Inferno 6 boss…
Clicked on the Spectral Allies button…
Raid was filled by Spectral Allies.
Seems to be working for me.
So it only works on the final raid if you have enough CR?
I suggest this because I went to others after doing what you did, and then noticed that the spectral allies pop-up remains but nothing happens on any other than the last at the end of the Inferno level(s). I had enough CR for all of them but nothing happened other than the very last of the Inferno level.
EDIT - it’s ok, you can, only if you do the uppermost one first but you cannot go forward into the next Inferno level unless you can beat the highest boss there with higher CR in the next Inferno level - e.g. if not enough for Inferno IX Boss, you cannot summon spectral allies in that Inferno level.
Never mind but thank you for the information,. Makes playing solo much faster and more fun.
Not exactly. You can’t use Spectral Allies for Heliquary bosses if you have less than the recommended Combat Rating for that boss. With enough CR, you can use Spectral Allies for all bosses below Inferno 9. My guess is that once the server Paragon reaches 1200 and the new difficulty (Inferno 10 or whatever they make it), Inferno 9 heliquary will have Spectral Allies available too.
I don’t even have the option to do so. I do meet the CR requirements, though I have the red shield icon by my name…sometimes ( though I haven’t changed gear or my CR, it switches between sessions). Whether it’s there or not, I don’t get the Spectral allies button.
Okay, can we have a screenshot of your hero at the raid screen, with the final Inferno 6 boss selected, so we can what you’re getting…
My own screenshots, from a character in my alt-account.
The character has more CR than required for the 4th boss I8 raid, so Spectral Allies can be used:
But it doesn’t have yet enough CR for the 5th boss, so Spectral Allies are not available:
( Okay, hope this works, I’m on mobile)

Re-upladed it to postimages (imgur can’t be accessed in some countries):
And it’s definitely weird. Having a higher Combat Rating than required, you should have the option to use Spectral Allies or “Quick Matching”, which I see is also grayed out.
Unless… Maybe the hero’s combat rating needs to be higher than the required by a certain amount (just guessing, so no idea about how much this would be). In my screenshot, you can see that the required is 49740 and the character has 50280, so 540 higher. In yours, the required is 43300 and your character’s 43379, only 79 higher.
I’d try to get a little more CR, at least 100 higher than the required for the boss, see if that does the trick.
the red shield is probably why, even quick matching is off
Yuri what does it say if you click the red shield
No info when I try to click on it.
I just checked, the shield was gone, but still no allies. Rechecked, shield was back.
you are missing some requirement, it works for i5 im guessing?
That’s the weird thing, because that red shield appears when the hero’s combat rating is below the one required for the boss… But from what we can see in the values, it’s higher.
There is clearly something wrong there. Either the hero has enough CR, in which case there should be no “red shield” and the Spectral Allies or Quick Matching should be available, or the hero doesn’t have enough CR, in which case the Combat Rating value should show in red too.
This can be seen in my screenshots, the second one shows the red shield, but the “Combat Rating” value appears in red too.
That’s why I wild-guessed that maybe it’s not enough to be “just” above the boss’s value but the difference has to be… X, where X>79 ![]()
lol I bet I know what it is…
Yuri does your clan have a Tower of Conquest???
I5 works just fine, yeah
if u got that tower then you really dont have the needed cr for the raid
Yes, it does. Why, it inflates my numbers, but game looks at base?
prob because they never considered this occurrence with the code
But that should only add 50, right? I’m still over without that
