hey everyone,
I started playing DI while travelling, and unfortunately I choose a server that isn’t English-speaking but simply matches the time zone where I’m from.
I already invested some months of time and a few Euros so I don’t want to start from zero on another server.
I contacted blizzard support, but the response was that “it’s technically not possible to change the server language cluster” - this means I’m stuck in the polish language cluster…which is pretty annoying.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? I would really appreciate if Blizzard could reconsider this restrictions, because it’s getting quite boring if I barely can communicate with my clan and warband members.

Most English speakers would notice within an hour of creating their hero that everything in World Chat was in Polish, realise they’d joined the wrong server, and start a new hero on an English language server, i.e. they’d have wasted no more than an hour. You’ve wasted months on a server where you can’t communicate with anyone? No, I doubt anyone else has experienced this.
Surprisingly some have,fhisisnt the first time I’ve seen this but it’s just as my ha

Not all servers are equal. I’ve heard reports that some English language servers are predominantly other languages and well. You’d have to create scout accounts to know if it’s a good move anyway. After you first transfer it costs money anyway, most people don’t want to pay for multiple bounces.
If you are playing on a server that is wrong language or region, your only option is to start over. You can keep the older account on the other server, but it can’t move.

Ofc I didn’t recognised it just now, but when I started I didn’t payed attention to the world chat (which is soaked my English platinum seller btw). Nevertheless I didn’t know how important communication is as the game gets pretty monotonous after the first month.
Seems like I’m stuck on that polish server then. maybe Blizzard will open transfers at some point.
Yes i have same problem in spanish server. And when i want to transfer server it takes error server not available. Im stock there
Either the language is wrong or the region is. Unfortunately it doesn’t give a more precise answer.
