Today i bought Seasonal Prodigy Path through paysafecard. The money was debited from my paysafe account, but I did not receive the package in game. My transaction history has had a pending status for hours. When I tried to check on my transaction history on battle net I got an error saying
‘‘Server Error
We couldn’t retrieve some of your information. Please try again in a few minutes.’’

I never got a problem with it, I even made multiple purchases few months ago and today I got this annoying bug.

Should I try to charge them back to get a refund?

how long has it been? but def don’t do what others do and try to repurchase it

It has been hours. I made a ticket now. Hopefully they will revert this issue and I receive my in game prodigy path items
