Can blizzard move this essence on the leggings? to make other builds viable.
I see Demon Hunter and Werewolf have similar essence break out of cc on the leggings.

What is the point of moving it when it even on the shoulders doesn’t work always, today I tried tempest again flowing strike has one charge but couldn’t use it… Tempest a dead bugged class… they messed up this class so badly🤦♂️
