Rerolled wings over 30 times, no new unlock

I rerolled my wings over 30 times to not unlock a single thing during those rerolls. The info provided in this interface implies that a new material should be unlocked every 10 rerolls. Am I just misunderstanding the wording on this, or did I get scammed out of my pearls? I opened a ticket with Blizzard support and several people responded on the ticket saying it sounds like I got scammed & but they couldn’t do anything to help me. Rip over 4800 pearls? Nice job Blizzard

What’s your current reso sitting at? The size of your wings I believe is also affected by that.

Currently @ 3785 reso, highest wing score 6116. Seems like something that should be made clear before people waste loads of money, but I suppose that would cost the developers money.
