R8, 5/5 hellbound desire consumed on power extraction; no warning prompt

Diablo Immortal App Version:5.0.0

I was simply trying to extract the power from my hellbound desire so I could equip it in gear and have resonance gems activated it while empowering a rank 10 5/5 gloom to use as a resonance gem. I’ve done this a few times before. Idk what happened this time. It’s as if I power transferred but there were no prompts or warnings to indicate the entire gem would be consumed. I’m now out of a $$4k gem for a measly 2200 gem power that I don’t need

You most likely did power transfer rather than extraction. Which for some reason has a rare glitch. Unfortunately nobody wants to risk their gems to do a proper trial

I just want my gem back; a $4k gem for $900 worth of gem power is crazy. I’m thinking about getting legal counsel and quitting game entirely.
