I bought to bundles for 210 dollars and after I pressed claim in a game the items just disappeared the didn’t go to my inventory support know about problem but saying they need to wait for developers pls resolve this issue asap

Bumping. Same situation; dev’s are certainly taking their time on fixing it…. better be hell of a make up gift attached to it as well.. Contacted support multiple times now for updates almost everyday and all they say is it will be announced on forums/patch list when they do find a fix, obviously not expecting much as this last weekend is holiday and such (even today Monday, a lot of people take off), so i’m expecting something closer to Tuesday this week or Wednesday/Thursday like the normal ‘patch’ cycle.
Same things happened to me; have a several gms communicating on this for a week, but still haven’t resolved
