Every immortal reign my character is permanently set to “offline” when viewing clan member list even though my status is set to “online”. Has been happening every immortal reign for the past year approximately. Not an issue during shadow cycle. Battlenet app will show either away or online. I have tried troubleshooting with fixes that others claim to solve the problem such as setting status to busy then back to online. Friends list status matches what Battlenet is currently at either away or online.

Yes. I have the same problem every cycle of Immortals, and I’m not alone. This problem is old, but the developers haven’t fixed it.
