Overheating device

I’ve been playing Immortal for several years, but since last year updates and those of this year, my mobile device has been overheating excessively due to playing the game, even with all settings at the lowest. Yesterday, the screen finally gave out. Currently, my phone’s screen is in a state of progressive and critical deterioration because the OLED screen’s micro-connectors have detached and become damaged due to the thermal stress. I hope you can fix this. For now, I can’t play again because of the risk of my device’s screen failing completely, and the repair is expensive, while buying a new device is even more costly.

So, goodbye for now, thanks, and see you in the future, Immortal.

tbh sounds like you need to upgrade your device but being as you have provided no specs or anything there is nothing in this post that would do anything in the future. Games get more intense as devices get old its the nature of the beast

  1. Where is the throttling?
  2. What does the manual say about actions during charging?
  3. Do you know the $600 rule?

I know, I need to save up and buy a new one because my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G has already given up the ghost.

My intention is more to say goodbye to the game for now, because I’m planning to come back when I can, and also to report the overheating issue so they’re aware of it.

Moreover, I’ve heard from my friends who work in the industry that there are ways to enhance it, and it would be a shame if Blizzard didn’t implement those changes.
