Before the end of the reign, I had offline status on Battlenet. My main character became Immortal at that time. After the start of the new reign, I chenged my status to online. My other chars on the account are in Shadows and are online. The main, who is now Immortal, still appears to be offline. Therefore, no one can invite me to any events. Restarting, logging out, changing my status in the game or on Battlenet - nothing helped.
I’ve been having this issue happen also and it also only happens during immortal reigns. It’s a pain in the a** and it takes a mixture of toggling online/offline status repeatedly, changing “appear offline status” for warband & clan off and on, re-logging or completely restarting the app to fix it and sometimes doing all that still doesn’t do anything…For the longest time I was getting frustrated thinking I was getting ignored anytime I was looking for a party for vault defense in immortal chat but it turned out people were trying to invite me but it would say that I was offline. It happens on both phone and PC but more often playing on pc than anything.
