Explain to me how it works. I just started playing this game. Chose “new” server. So I wouldn’t come across experienced and high level players, in terms of competitiveness or going to dungeons together. I thought game is famous, new players come, that’s why they need new servers. But still, I can see a lot of high level players.
So why are there new servers? Wouldn’t it be for me, as new player, more convinient to go to old servers so once I level up properly I would have “1 second” party finder matches/sessions?
And seizing the moment, of I want to level up alt character fast, what do I need to do?
This really isn’t a game that encourages alts as paragon levels, gear, gems, legendary ranks, set item ranks, helliquary levels, warband tableau levels, iben fahd sanctum and so on are not shared between heroes, even on the same server, i.e. they’re all separate, so you’d be splitting your time / effort between them, ensuring they’d all be poorly geared.
However, the game does allow you to change class as often as you like, on a 24 hour cooldown. This means that if you want to see what another class is like, you can change to it, whilst keeping all your paragon / gear / gem progress and, if you find you don’t like it, you can change to something else the next day, until you find a class you like.
