Hello, me and my friend have an issue with mist-touched. It is not active anymore. No zéphyr appear. Is it a bug for all tempest?
What legendary essences are you using that effect the skill. Does it change if you switch to others?
I use the same than before. mist-touched is a passive skill that summon zephyr with an attack. You can have more with some essences but we are suppose to have some zephyr for 8 sec. It s what it is said in the skill. That s why i don t understand with the same build no more zephyr since last week. I have zephyr if I use some skill with essence but not with the passive
