Dear Support Team,
I purchased the Season 44 Premium Enhanced Battle Pass on September 26, 2025, but did not receive the “Portals” that were supposed to be included with the pass.
Despite sending multiple messages regarding this issue, I have yet to receive a resolution.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a paid product.
Please investigate and resolve this issue immediately. I expect the missing item to be delivered and the technical issue to be addressed without further delay.
