Missing Platinum from Rift Talisman Conversion After Update

After the recent update, leftover Rift Talismans were supposed to be automatically converted into Platinum and sent via in-game mail.

I had unused Talismans before the update, but I did not receive any mail or Platinum.

Other players have reported receiving their conversions, so this may be an issue affecting certain accounts.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Before the update, I had approximately 16–17 Rift Talismans in total.
I used 8 of them to upgrade Leviathan Tomb to 4 stars, so I should have had around 8–9 Talismans remaining.

There is one more weird thing I should’ve mentioned:
After the update this time, I was unable to log into the game initially (stuck on “Tap to Play” screen with no response). I had to uninstall and reinstall the game to access my account.
After successfully logging in, I checked my mailbox immediately, expecting to receive the Platinum conversion from leftover Talismans (as in previous events), but I did not receive.
I have confirmed with other players that they did receive their conversion mail.
Additionally, I have seen other players reporting the same login issue after this update (stuck on “Tap to Start”) in the Technical Support forum, and I also experienced this myself. This may be relevant, but I experienced login issues right after the update and had to reinstall the client before accessing the game.
