I just completed an elder rift. None of the gems that dropped, inc a void spark entered my bags despite them being picked up. The lego crests are used though and nothing is in my mail, despite two restarts. Can something be done here?
I paid for those crests.

how long did you wait? it can take up to an hour at times for the mail to be sent out.
What is your server and UUID? these will help if someone does look into this for you
Does the crest history show these gems dropping?
I’m missing 10 eyernal legendary crests. When I entered the rift I was transported to wortham and the crests gone.
