I believe this breaker essence should be available on pants to make other builds viable, most the breaker essences are on the pants. I want to make my vortex build viable but I need the shoal essence on my shoulders, if blizzard could switch the ksathra essence on pants would be great! Thank you
IMO the Mandate of Ksathra belongs on the shields by its very definition, moving the essence to the Off-Hand and Alt Off-Hand would allow temps to gain maximum shield benefits.
