Somehow i lost contact with my character Sollerian, the necromancer, server Books of Kalan. I dont have it in my characters, though it exists (used name when trying to create same same character…). Is it possible to add it back to my acc.? In-game support wasnt repeatedly usefull.

Hi not deleted, not a wrong server. Happened about a week ago.
The only thing that could happen is that maybe i was as a guest, not logged in regularly. Otherwise i dont know.

If you were playing in a guest account and then you logged in with your battle.net account, you won’t see the character/s you had as a guest. You would need to log out, from within the game (main screen when you launch) to go back to the guest account and then you should see your character/s. Once done, you can try linking your guest and battle.net accounts following the steps in this article:

Sorry to read that… It was just a theory to try and help recover your character. Another theory that I would try, launch the game as guest and check all available servers, to see if you can find your character in any of them . When you get to the main screen, instead of Click to Play, open the servers list, you can choose “My heroes” on top, to see if it appears there. If it doesn’t, I’m afraid that your character is lost and you’ll have to start from scratch. I’d suggest that if you decide to do this, you make sure to log in to your battle.net account before creating the hero, so it will be synced, minimizing the risk to lose it again.
