The new main hand procs sacred lightning damage whereas fist of heavens do lightning damage.
The first is yellow, the second is blue.
Condemn has essences that do either yellow lightning or blue lightning.
Yellow lightning seems to not benefit from the shocked status… why this kind of nerf? How are we supposed to make the difference or value the yellow lightning if there is no benefit from it?
Is there a hidden mechanic behind this subtle nuance ?
