Leviathan surge upgrade didn’t work

Went to upgrade my leviathan gem for 4 star to 5 star using the 9000 sigils I accumulated and it didn’t upgrade my gem at all, but used all of the sigils. :frowning:

Can you show also a screenshot of how your gem looks like now? One of the images shows a rank 6 quality 4 (4/5) Leviathan Tomb, after the upgrade you should have a rank 6 quality 5 (5/5) gem.

EDIT: What I mean is, I don’t know if the gem you show in your first screenshot is “before” or “after” the upgrade. If it’s “after”, then something went definitely wrong.

This is the after image. It was a 4 star and was supposed to be a 5. Like I said before, I went to upgrade it to the 5 and after I used the sigils it didn’t change. :frowning:

It certainly sounds like a bug. Do you have a Void Spark too? Could it be that you upgraded that by mistake? If not, I’m guessing that you’d need to provide more data, so the issue can be properly investigated, like date and time when it happened, server, UUID, exact version of the game (“latest” is not good enough), you can find the version in the main server selection screen, your server and UUID in the game’s settings screen.

I do have a void spark but it is already at 5.

Well, if before using the Surge’s upgrade your Void Spark was already at quality 5 and your Leviathan Tomb was at quality 4, you should certainly have either:

  • A quality 5 Leviathan Tomb.
  • The same gem qualities as before AND the 22 Rift Talismans.

What doesn’t make sense is that the Talismans were used without giving any upgrades.

Make sure to provide the details I mentioned in my previous post, please, it will help the developers investigate further (although being just a player myself, I can’t guarantee that they will).

Version number is usually located top left of the logo screen when opening the game
