i have a rank 6(48% progressive) 4/5 quality void spark. i purchased two 2/5 quality VS from platinum auction house. went to jeweler to upgrade but after both gems and gem power were consumed the gem remained at 48% instead of 64%. character is 808\Glenn from Burning Hells server… any help would be greatly appreciated… thank you
