Description
Whenever I tap the Item Crafting button for any blacksmith, it results in a Diablo loading logo until it eventually times out stating “Connection lost: Please check your network settings”.
The Services button works without issue, it’s only the Item Crafting button with the issue.

Same here as well. iPhone 15, blacksmiths cause disconnects every time.

I have the same problem, when I go to the blacksmith in object manufacturing I get the loading icon and I get disconnected both on PC and cell phone, I already tried reinstalling the game and nothing, and my connection is full. Please Help

Issue resolved. Can now fully use the blacksmith.

When I click on “Item Crafting” the screen dims with loading icon for about 15-20 seconds. Then it says "Connection Lost: Please check network settings " I click OK then it freezes a while then continuously freaks out popping up and popping if the screen with, “Unable to connect to game server. Please check your network or select a different server.” When I finally can click OK because of it popping up and off randomly very quickly it takes me back to the Main Menu Immortal screen.

Same exact issue I assume as the first poster. My data service works fine up to this point always. I have almost all data downloaded that can be for Immortal up to this point. Please fix this bug or let us and or me know how to address it. This how how you keep up on the best weapons often and it ruins the game to me quite a bit!

Haven’t been able to craft in weeks
Its also happening to me and i tried using the repair client, turning off my ipad and deleting/redownloading the game but its still has the same issue
