I am experiencing an issue while trying to log into my account. Currently, I am logged in as a guest, and when I try to switch accounts by pressing the “Switch Account” button, nothing happens. No error message appears, I am not logged in, and the screen does not change in any way.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance on how to recover my account and log in successfully.
