I reported this and was told to report it here. My Inferno XII Ancient Artifacts weren’t converted to anything different on either of my characters. I was close to getting a new piece of Ancient equipment but now I can’t.
In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

With the June 17th update, the Warlock was released, the servers were upped to 1500 Paragon Level, Inferno 13 difficulty became available.
And since then, Ancient Artifacts for previous difficulties stopped dropping and the ones you had can only be salvaged into Ancient Scraps (which can be used to enchant Ancient Legendary gear), Ancient Legendary Items can only be crafted for the current Inferno 13 difficulty or higher.
This is not a bug, it’s what had been announced on June 15th:
You announced it on June 15th. I’d been saving ancient artifacts much longer than that. Nice customer service. This game sucks nuts and so do the people running it just catering to whales.
Well, I’m not customer service and never had to use it, so I can’t say, I can only be sorry for your loss, but unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do and my guess is that Blizzard won’t even look into it, being not a bug.
