Subject: Inconsistent Primary Attack Triggering on Crusader – Reforge Effect Not Working with Sweep Attack (Holy Flail)

I am writing to report a frustrating inconsistency with how “Primary Attack” effects are triggered on the Crusader class.
Issue:
I have a Reforge stone that states: Primary attacks have a chance to reduce enemy movement speed and attack speed. However, when using Sweep Attack (with the Holy Flail effect from essences like Remonstrant Mace), this Reforge effect frequently fails to trigger.
What makes this especially problematic is the lack of consistency:

The same modified Sweep primary attacks do trigger other primary-attack-based effects, such as Gloom Cask (which procs Gloom Blades reliably).

Yet the Reforge slow effect does not apply consistently on these attacks.
This creates a very noticeable and unreliable gameplay experience. Players using Sweep Attack as a core part of their primary attack playstyle are essentially being punished because the game treats the same attack differently depending on which effect is checking for it.
Steps to Reproduce:

Equip a Reforge stone with the primary attack slow effect.

Use Sweep Attack to activate Holy Flail (making Primary Attacks sweep in a wide arc).

Attack enemies and observe that Gloom Cask triggers normally, but the Reforge movement/attack speed slow rarely or never procs.
I enjoy playing a primary-attack-focused Crusader, but this inconsistency significantly reduces the effectiveness and enjoyment of builds that rely on both Sweep Attack and Reforge bonuses.
Could you please investigate this and make “Primary Attack” effects more consistent across the board? It feels like spaghetti code is causing certain systems to recognize the Holy Flail Sweep as a primary attack while others do not.
