Chaps of the Acrobat (Escape): If Escape breaks you out of total loss of control, silence or knockback effect its cooldown is increased by 3 seconds.
Why not apply this cooldown restriction only to the Absolute Stealth helmet (which reduces the cooldown of Evasion)? It prevents Evasion from being used by other builds that don’t utilize this helmet.
