Notice how sometimes Ice Armour will shatter immediately as you apply it. It’s hard to notice but as the shield expires it normally shatters but sometimes it will shatter 1 or 2 secs after it has already expired. So if you apply the shield again during this time interval it will immediately shatter. The bug also has something to do with reducing CD via time flux and battlegrounds.
