Where to claim the free gem? I don’t see it on the Battle.net shop or in-game shop. Did I missed it?

I had the same issue. Even worth, when i claim the free green item on battlenet shop, the game considered than i claimed the new 5* free gem (blood).

It can be claimed starting on the 19th at 8:00 AM PDT (which is the same as 17:00 CEST). So it depends on each one’s local time zone.

From June 19, 8 a.m.– July 3, 12 a.m. PDT , claim a 5-Star Quality 2 Blood Floe Legendary Gem as a gift from Battle.net.

Well, for those of us that aren’t playing in the USA…

  • June 19th 08:00 PDT (US server time)
  • June 19th 17:00 CEST (EU server time)
  • June 20th 00:00 KST (Asia server time)

That’s just over seven and a half hours from the time of this post, which is also why the Battle.net shop also shows that amount of time until a refresh…

If it’s showing as already claimed, you haven’t claimed it because you can’t have yet.

Wait until the shop refresh time, then claim it.

Yes many time since. I have notification on battle.net saying it’s already claimed. Thata true, in fact I get sent to my inventory is mystery set item. I really confused of this

True. What is appeared is wayfarer which is free also. When I click it surely what they send ia mystery item (Green Equipment) no Blood flow whatsoever

Same here- Game says I claimed the gem but nothing. How do I get this gem?

Same here. I claimed the item, it says it’s in the library but it’s not in the game.

You have to claim it in the BattleNet Shop. After that it will be delivered through ingame mail. If the mail does not arrive, perform a relogin. Just make sure to claim it on the correct character, because the mail will be sent to every character you have on the account which claimed it.

They simple have customers in deep… I wasted my time to checking, relogging, fone, nopepad and I’m sick of it…

If you are using the BattleNet App on your phone, it won’t show up there. You‘ll have to use a Web Browser to go to the shop. The App ist just worthless.
