We’ve gathered numerous reports on Forums and Discord of Hess Missing from the “Between Two Evils” quest stopping progression.

We are investigating this issue, and will report when a fix is being deployed.

A fix was deployed early this morning to bring NPC’s back to their original state.

If you are still experiencing issues with missing NPC’s please share your server location with us here.

Blizzard are actively attempting to resolve this…

Looks like he’s still missing even after the fact. We fixed some servers, but likely not all of them.

But admit it’s not fixed yet…
