Have all shadow groups alerted in vault once vault closes

to prevent groups from sitting in there for an hour after vault closes to try and avoid getting defended against.

most do it on purpose

I had heard but guess not but 10 after end no matter what Immos get alerted

The system should boot all shadows from vault out after 10 minutes the vault closed.
