Over the past year with updates to the game I and many like me have noted a steady decline in gameplay on our mobile devices, where we once had the options to play at the highest levels with low impact to now still having low impact on the device but having to virtually turn every graffical feature off in order to still play, this is with a (Snapdragon 845) processor from a mid range phone. Would I buy a new phone to simply play this game “NO” Blizzard is shooting itself in the foot, as many will simply turn away from the game over compatability issues. Would it not be better, to offer options than that turn off high resource graphics like ray tracing.

Sometimes system performance can be corrected by Repairing the client and/or doing a fresh install to optimize the install.
But after patching and the like client, server, and network traffic is also commonly slow too
