Yes, I’ve tried party or solo. Even after the game maintenance I still can not enter the elder rift. Thank you for your help anyway.
What is the error you get?
“Select your legendary gem drop pool again” though I selected it already.
Its working now. I just reinstalled again the game. Appreciate your help.

I haven’t play for a long time, and I tried elder rift, it asked me to “select your legendary gem drop drop pool”
After I go to “legendary gem drop pool selection” I see a row of gems for me to select that is weirdly place, it hover above the box. Even so I can select the the gems, when I select the gems the row of gems still hover there. And when I click on “confirm” it say “gems selection incomplete”
No matter what I did, I can’t enter Elder rift. Even if I don’t want to use any additional options.
I reinstall the app twice and it still act the same.

I clicked on the gems and selected but it doesn’t work, are there any work around that I should try and haven’t tried?
The instructions of how to do this are provided in the 2nd post of the thread.
When you first open the Legendary Drop Pool Selection, it will be on the 5-Star gem section (I’ve highlighted the relevant tab on the left of the screen) and it will show 0/1 for the 5-Star and 2-Star selection…
After you select a 5-Star gem, it will show 1/1 for the 5-Star selection…
After selecting the 2-Star tab on the left , and selecting a 2-Star gem, it will show 1/1 for both the 5-Star and 2-Star selection…
At that point, Click Confirm and you’ll be returned to the Legendary Gem Drop Pool Selection screen, which will show both of the gems you selected (a 5-Star and a 2-Star) and then you can click Confirm for that drop pool…
For some reason the Confirm button changes from the original non-clickable greyed out version to the clickable red version after you’ve only selected one of the gems. It shouldn’t become red / clickable until both gem selections have been done.

Oh I got it, because the 2 stars 1 have 17 selection by default, I got it. It’s working now. Thanks.
