So, It doesn’t let me start Elder Rift. I chose everything possible, it lets me confirm but i can’t start it. It says “ Select your legendary gem pool everytime while i selected everything possible.

As suggested when we chatted in-game, screenshots of the Elder Rift error message, and the gem pool selection thing you’re using would be helpful…

I still don’t know why it won’t let you run a Rift as, from our conversation earlier, and from your screenshots, even with the Standard Drop Rate option, you’ve selected three gems (i.e. one 5-star, one 2-star and one 1-star) to be added back into the pool and Confirmed (as it shows the three re-added gems on the selection).
Let’s see if anyone else has any ideas.
I have no clue aswell, I tried relogging, reinstalling the whole game, tried picking 1 gem only, tried picking 2 out of 3 and nothing works.

Have you tried running with zero crest/ standard drop/ removed all selected gems restarted then selected the gems again?
What was the last elder rift you ran before this do you remember if anything odd happened?
Also can you add your server and UUID?

I tried everything possible, crest, no crest, removing, adding, literally everything. Even tried picking only one r5 gem, no 1s and 2s.
As of my last Rift, it was long time ago, i took a long break and yesterday downloaded the game again. Decided to run some rifts and this happened.

Hmm, I wonder if it was the weekly reset that resolved whatever it was.

I’ve been out of the game for a year and recently installed it again. I tried to run the elder rift with crest, no crest—tried solo, party but still doesn’t work out for 4 consecutive days now.
do you by chance have a negative orb balance?
No. Currently I only have 12 orbs and until now can not enter the elder rift.
have you tried different drop pools? wondering if your not getting the selection warning for them
Yes, I did. I reinstalled the game same result but on different character its working.
do you get an error when trying with a party? It sounds like a bugged instance which as above a daily reset usually patches but not in your case.
