Diablo Immortal feels more like a casino than a game

Honestly, the way Diablo Immortal runs is pretty shady.

  • You’ve got players spending ridiculous amounts of money…

  • Those hosts bend over backwards for the whales…

  • The whole setup isn’t about fun or fairness…

  • At the end of the day, it’s basically gambling mechanics dressed up as an RPG…

It’s not just dirty business, it’s a business built on gambling addiction. The players who spent a lot of money generally have no gaming sense at all, they have no game playing skills at all, they are just losers in the casino and the hosts will do anything they want.

The hosts can be reached at any time, I think some players know their numbers or contact methods so the hosts can be easily reached. The host can instantly ban player who speaks the truth about the big spenders once they are targeted. This is just a stupid community where a group of problematic gamblers are losing a lot of their money there under the surveillance of the hired superintendents…Pretty pathetic.

If the superintendents here ban my account and delete this post, it will just prove my point LOL!

this is the core of the Netease influence of the game, also why its banned in some regions

The Pay-To-Win / Gambling nature of the game was known prior to the game’s release and has been widely discussed. Anyone coming to the game, after it’s been out 3.5 years, has to know this, and accept that’s what they’re getting into.

The funny part…people who have several maxed out 5 star gems are still not winning even they have spent 6 figures. HAHA, because there are people who have spent even more. Not sure about how these spenders rationalize things.
