Frigid sphere(wizards scorch essence) with combination with Endwinter set is not working in same way in PvP. Charging of this skill (Scorch) is limited only by one hit in PvP so this greatly reduces its use in pvp. In PVP is charging counting as 1 per target, in PVE it is 1 per hit so I think it is bug and right set is 1 per hit otherwise the skill is useless…
