Hello,
I am reporting a critical data-loss bug in Diablo Immortal that resulted in the permanent deletion of my 5-oranges pet, one of the highest-value items on my account.

Issue Description
- Refinement started at 00:45 (fell asleep before confirming)
I began refining a 5-oranges Ravager (Variant) around 00:45.
I accidentally fell asleep before selecting the new pet.
This situation has always been safe in previous patches.
- Logged back in at 03:00 — everything normal until 13:00
I continued normal gameplay with no refinement prompts or errors.
- At ~13:00, opening the pet interface triggered a refinement screen that completely froze
The game became entirely unresponsive:
• No buttons worked
• No inputs were accepted
• Could not select, cancel, or exit
I was forced to restart the game.
- After relogging, my 5-oranges pet had completely disappeared
The refined pet — a Level 30, 5-oranges Ravager (Variant) with all traits activated — was gone from:
• Pet list
• Inventory
• Mailbox
• Refinement history
This strongly indicates a backend data corruption event caused by the refinement freeze.
- Immediate evidence was recorded (GIF + screenshots)
As soon as I saw the pet missing, I recorded the screen to capture the evidence.
