Compensation Sent to Wrong Character

I was sent compensation for an issue I had with the Haunted Surge event ending earlier than scheduled. The problem is that it was sent to the wrong character, it should have been sent to my main character, OR, sent as an account mail so I could claim on the correct character. I have not yet claimed the mails sent to me on the wrong character.

More details in original thread. Please see the below link for original post, which I have not received any response on in over a week. I have skipped buying battle pass twice now as I’m waiting for this issue to be corrected.
