Character status permanently showing as "Offline" in Clan List since becoming an Immortal

Since my character became an Immortal, I have encountered a persistent bug where my online status is frozen. Even though I am actively playing the game, I am constantly displayed as “Offline” to my Clan members in the Clan list, making it impossible for them to see when I am online.
​This issue has occurred consistently multiple times (about 3 to 4 times now) under the same circumstances.
​Following advice from Customer Support (Game Master), I have already attempted the recommended troubleshooting steps to force a synchronization, including:
​Toggling the “Show as Offline” clan chat setting in-game on and off.
​Switching my in-game status to “Away” and back to “Online”.
​Changing my Battle.net App status to “Invisible” and back to “Online”.
​Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the visual freeze, and my character remains permanently shown as offline in the Clan list. It appears to be a database or UI synchronization error between the Clan list and the Cycle of Strife’s Immortal tab when transitioning to the Immortal status.
​Steps to Reproduce:
​Character transitions to/becomes an Immortal in the Cycle of Strife.
​Character status visualizes as “Offline” in the Clan list for other players.
​Troubleshooting status-toggles (in-game and via Battle.net launcher) fail to recalculate or force-sync the visibility.
​Please investigate this synchronization issue between the Clan and Immortal rosters. Thank you!

Similar thing happened to my account since becoming an Immo 3 weeks ago. When my account was still a Shadow, my status is seen as online. The bug only happened when my account became Immo. Some of my clanmates also are experiencing the same thing.

Yes, I have already reviewed and toggled the clan chat settings (including switching the “Show as Offline” option on and off). I also tried switching my status between “Online” and “Appear Offline” multiple times in the Battle.net app itself, but unfortunately, it didn’t change anything in the game. The status remains frozen as offline.

following up on this issue as I haven’t received any updates yet. The bug (character being displayed as ‘offline’ in the clan list) is still persisting and continues to impact my gameplay and participation in clan activities.

Have you found a fix for this issue? I became Immo today and I have this problem.

I have encountered same issue this morning and was looking for possible fix, other clan members experiencing same issue.
