to tech support …I cannot upgrade viper’s bite two star from rank 8 to 9, i have one rank 3 two star and two rank 5’s two star as the requirements; when i click autofill, one of the rank 5’s is greyed out…is this a glitch?
update: I didn’t realize that lego gems can be unlocked or locked, the greyed out gem was locked; after unlocking it, I was unable to upgrade from rank 8 to 9
