Have seen a bunch of posts about no longer being able to spawn Talons. Is this just something that is bugged, or am I doing something wrong? Following the same instructions of the various YT videos and posts.
In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

Diablo Immortal App Version: 5.0.2?
It is bugged, because if it weren’t, you should be able to get the achievement easily, without having to perform some “arcane rituals” in order to have the Talons appear (and in most cases, they won’t appear anyway).
I’ve found that it works randomly. Some times, while doing side quests or bounties, I’d go to the area and just like that, the Talons of Skarn appeared. Other times, I’d try to force them and nothing.
There’s an option, but it may be tricky. One of the Side Quests in Realm of Damnation is “Dead Eyes” (see image below) and if you manage to get that quest, via Taite in Westmarch or just going to the area and see if the marker is there, you get to kill several Talons of Skarn.
The best way to do it is with the side quest. I forget the name top of my head that causes them to spawn during it.
Was eventually able to spawn them “the regular way” on another day, after I did some other random side quest. Not sure if launching the side quest had anything to do with being able to spawn them or not, or if it’s just random that on some days it works, on some it doesn’t.
