I can’t pass login screen, my account is logged in to battle.net, but when I tap it doesn’t pass to server login screen where I can select charater. Also there is no sever select menu. Sometimes it works sometimes not. Mostly can’t play.

Edit: The game works after logging out and logging in.
Same today 13 june. Cannot get in connects to account but no servers cannot click play now.

Hi, i have the same problem since this morning. I can login on PC or mobile till the server selection. Then when i click it does nothing, i can’t access the character selection screen. I cannot also create a new character on any other server/region. The devices are ok, if i use another Battle.net account (freshly made for test) all works normally, is just my account. I opened a ticket and they don’t fix, they just answered that i don’t have any “restrictions” (so no ban). How can i solve?

I’ve had this problem since June 11th, and there’s still no solution. It doesn’t matter what device or solution I try to log in on.
i find unbelievable that customer service for this game is basically writing on a forum with the 99.9% certainty that no developer will even see it.
I have to agree with you there. When you consider that there might be an event running or an active subscription, it’s pretty sad how they treat the community. The main thing is that you pay. ;(
