I bought Diablo Immortal’s Rift Delver’s Hoard earlier ($199.99). I received a notification in game to claim the order - But nothing happened after I click claim. Items supposed to be in my inventory but nothing is there.

Same event; dev’s are certainly taking their time on fixing it…. better be hell of a make up gift attached to it as well.. Contacted support multiple times now for updates almost everyday and all they say is it will be announced on forums/patch list when they do find a fix, obviously not expecting much as this last weekend is holiday and such (even today Monday, a lot of people take off), so i’m expecting something closer to Tuesday this week or Wednesday/Thursday like the normal ‘patch’ cycle.
