Can’t get in fractured plane

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide: Device Type: Device Model: Device Operating System: Diablo Immortal App Version: Has nothing to do with my device as my friend can get in and I used his device and still can’t get it. Once I touched the fractured place entrance the game froze. My deivce frozen, his device also frozen. He had no problem playing it with his account tho. So it has to do with the account I guess. I can play everything else, just not frac…
