Hi. Every time I join the Immortal faction, my character goes offline in the clan member list and in the Immortal list. But I’m online in the friends list. I’ve checked my chat settings every time, and they’re definitely not the issue. Many Immortal faction players are experiencing this issue.

Same here has anyone figured out how to fix this yet?
I have the same issue, and since then I can’t do any purchases from the in-game shop and also can’t join battlegrounds even if i’m waiting for 4-5 minutes. Any advice? I already used the repair-client..
I’m also experiencing this. They kicked me off Kions list cause they thought I was offline
