If this is about one of the Loyalist’s packs, we are aware of and are investigating the impact. Technically, this is not a bug because you can only claim it once per character, as listed on the package description, but it’s not a good experience and we know that many players did not see that part.
I don’t have additional information yet, but once we know how we’re going to handle the situation, we will let you know.
